About Erika

Hello! I'm a JMU alumni, and will be receiving my Masters degree in Elementary Education this May from James Madison University. With over 8 years of experience working as a summertime full-time Nanny, Part-time infant Nanny, babysitter, and child care worker at schools and summer camps it's safe to say I chose the career path I will love and meant to do! I have child care experience with children of all ages, and experience with a child with special needs. There is a lot of uncertainty going on in the world right now, but I hope to find a family where I can be a consistent and positive influence to those children in these upcoming months for summer! Due to my student teaching internship this past semester, I have been lucky to have received the vaccination for COVID-19. I have gone through many child safety trainings and received certifications through my education. I am also able to provide you with families I have worked for in the past.
