About Erika

Hello! I'm Erika, I've be caring for children, and assisting their families for 20 years, plus. I've had formal training, years of experience, an array of skills and qualifications. In areas of academia, nurturing, social skills and mannerisms. Your child(ren)'s personal well being, safety, security, and happiness is my foremost priority. Are with my sincere kindness, patience, and an understanding for children. Unconditional love, builds a strong rapport with a respectful dynamic of trust with the child(ren)and the Nanny. Your child(ren) feel safe and happy. In 2002-05, I was a substitute teacher, (with the States YDI Program). I taught ages 2-4, and had 10-12, children, alongside with another teacher. I have extensive experience with infants up to age 15 years. Sleep training, scheduling, weening from a pacifier/bottle, potty training are all tasks I do, but it's a team effort. Children have been my life, sharing the joys of imagination, reading books and making them come alive.
