About Erika

Hello! I'm Erika and I'd describe my personality as kind, nurturing, curious. I love working with kids because I enjoy their unfiltered authenticity. They tell you exactly what they think and feel, which I so appreciate. I'm looking for a job that supports a family to work and enjoy life while having peace in knowing their children are in caring and capable hands. I have babysat and nannied for several families with children of all ages. Since then I have been raising my two own very amazing children and it's been the greatest joy of my life. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children and family. We are constantly at sporting events and being active. One thing you should know about me is that I excel at creating a warm and structured environment that is filled with activity and joy. My skills include promoting active engagement whenever possible, fostering open communication, and tailoring my approach to the unique and individual personalities of each child.
