Hey there! I'm going to be honest and say that I am new to paid care. With that said, I am CPR/AED/First-Aid certified and have 8 years (so far) experience with my own child. I understand what parents go through on the daily basis from birth to their youth as far as time management, child development, and setting boundaries for our little ones to learn as they grow. I grew up taking care/watching over younger family members from ages 7 to 16 which familiarized me to certain emotional, mental, and physical needs. I have used Care. com for my own babysitting needs previously and now I get to pay it forward!
