About Erika

Hi there, I'm Erika. I'm excited to meet you. I'm a Colorado native and love the outdoors. Although it has been about 15 years since I have need a sitter myself I can clearly recall the patience, passion for comfort and care, and enthusiasm for fun and learning my babysitter showed me in such an important time in my life. I have a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, and I am passionate about my field of study. However I am also excited at the opportunity to fulfill my passion of caring for kids as well. I have 4 years of experience in nannying/babysitting, and during that time I have cared for kids of all ages. I believe having a light hearted attitude is important, while emphasizing and upholding the same rules and guidelines whether primary caregivers are present or not. My top priorities are ensuring children feel safe, feel heard, and of course, have fun.
