This was my first time booking a care giver through care.com and it was a terrible experience. I booked a well reviewed sitter for 5:00 pm and she didnt not show up on time. I called her at 5:05 just to check if she needed help and ask her ETA; she said she was a block away. So I walked to the intersection she said she was at to help her find our house, she was not there. Then 15 minutes later I called agina and she said she was at a completely wrong address because Apple Maps sent her to the wrong address (this is a Santa Monica address and any mapping service gets you to the precise house location. 

After being 30 minutes late, she then called us to say she could not get the kids into their bedtime routine, so I said I would leave my event and come home. I came home at 7:40 (she was booked until 8pm) and she simply walked out. Further, my daughters were crying after she left saying the nanny was mean to them. 

Erika was great with my 2 kids (5yr and 2yr). I'd highly recommend her!

If your looking somone you can trust with your kids, genuine and loves her relationship with God then you should  hire Erika. She is very responsible always on time and respectful. You will be happy you hired her! Good luck! 

Erika is a simple person. You tell her what and how to do things and she’ll do it. She care a lot about animals. My husband and I were happy that she would go to our house early and feed our cat. Our cat is very shy and usually hide when she meets somebody new to her, but she loved Erika. We knew our cat loved Erika when we saw the photos she sent us. Our cat was walking around Erika and let Erika pet her ☺️☺️ I did not hire Erika through care.com, but I am happy she has a profile in here. Now more people can hire her and I am pretty sure their pets will be in good hands.
