Erika was our daughter's full-time nanny for a year (age 7 months - 20 months) and we absolutely adored her. Erika is enthusiastic, loving, flexible, and is willing to invest in the relationship with your family. She made us feel so comfortable with the vulnerable experience of letting someone care for your child. She made sure our daughter was always busy with fun activities and adventures. We parted ways amicably because Erika moved far from us, otherwise she'd still be with us :) Our daughter loves her and still talks about her all the time. You'd be making a great choice to have Erika care for your children!
