About Erika

Hi there, my name is Erika and I'm currently a 3rd year student at Michigan State. I have a passion for aiding in the development of children. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise through verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. My favorite games to play with children include outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I have two years of childcare experience and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I have some college education and am comfortable working with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens.
