Over the last 3 years Erika has become like a member of our family. She watched my youngest from 9 weeks to him now entering PreK while also frequently watching my older son from ages 3-6. She’s patient, has a great work ethic and a positive attitude. I love that she gave the kids lots of outside and let them play without getting out of control. She helped with sleep schedules/naps, meals, potty training and also around the house. I can’t recommend her enough to families looking for someone who’s honest, hardworking and caring to watch kids of any age.
