About Erika

I'd describe my personality as committed, reliable, and kind. Working with children is something I've always excelled at. I positively impact the lives of the children I care for with structure, communication, and empathy. I'm looking for a job that treats me with the same respect and kindness that I will give to your family. I started working with kids when I had my first and only child. I've experienced volunteering throughout my daughter's school years in chaperoning field trips, school activities, and co-leading with her Girl Scouts troop. I am also experienced with nannying for a family of two young children for three years. After moving to Oregon, I have nannied for a family of three kids since 2016. One thing you should know about me is I am a very calm and fair person. I have good conflict resolution skills, and I enjoy being with kids.
