Erika has nannied for us for over a year at this point. My 4yo adores her and she has truly become part of our family! I have never met anyone who cares for my child nearly as much as I do, but she absolutely does. Not only is she loving, fun and engaging, she is dedicated to the wellbeing and development of the child. She taught my 3yo to write her name well before the rest of her class could! They have a special bond that could never be replaced. If you are considering hiring Erika as your sitter or nanny, saying yes will be one of the best decisions you ever make for your child.
