I'm passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being. My approach involves clear communication with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Building trust is paramount to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am comfortable with pets. I find joy in creating meaningful connections and providing compassionate support.
