We love Erika!!! She was our nanny for almost 5 years and we would’ve kept her longer if we could have!!! She took wonderful care of our girls and became part of the family. She was always on time or early unless she got stuck by a train (she always let us know if she was late). She rarely called in sick. She was flexible with changes in the schedule. Most importantly she always made our girls feel special. She would always find activities for them to do or places to go such as the library, zoo, children’s museum or beach. We never worried when she had the girls and she was always great with communication. She asks before going to activities and always sends pictures.
