Erika is a wonderful caregiver. We were lucky to have her care for our son from 7 - 21 months (when she worked at this daycare and then in our home as a full time nanny). Erika has great instincts with little ones. She is patient, fun, and compassionate. For several months she also cared for our friends' kids (so had a 1, 5, and 7 yo together all day) and handled this remarkably well: balancing different needs, helping set boundaries and finding ways for everyone to have fun. She is also incredibly reliable and flexible. I can't recommend Erika enough.
