We worked with Erika for just a month after our other Nanny had to take leave a month before we were moving out of state. So so glad Erika was available to work for that month. She is a self starter who clearly has lots of nannying experience. She knew exactly what to do and didn't wait around for instructions. She is kind, understanding, easy going, and hard working. She planned lots of fun things to do with my daughter and was able to get her out of the house and have fun while staying on schedule with meals and naps. My daughter really enjoyed being with her, she was around 22 months at the time and started to talk more after Erika started. She is a great nanny and I would definitely hire her again.
