I can't say enough about how wonderful Erika is. She is the sweetest woman and treats my little girl as if she is her own! Erika has a calming and cheerful presence that is perfect for caring for little ones. She is super flexible and has dealt with my crazy unpredictable schedule without complaint. She is always on time (actually, mostly early!) and makes me feel so comfortable leaving my daughter with her. I was reluctant to have to leave Molly with anyone, but Erika made it easy. Her daughter is just as sweet as she is and is so gentle and playful with my daughter. Erika is great at communicating and I always know I will get an honest report about how the day is going. If you are in need of someone to care for your little one, Erika is definitely your person!!!
