About Erika

Erika has worked with special needs individuals and seniors for many, many years. She was a 24/7 live in care nurse for my grandmother for a little over 4 years and as hard as that can be, she did an amazing job at it. She is always punctual and early for everything. She is very outgoing, personable and great at communication. Erika is always able to offer her assistance where needed, very helpful and willing to teach her trade and learn new skills whenever the opportunity arises. She is also extremely organized. She has a huge heart and has always had a soft spot for caring for seniors and ones with special needs, loves spending time with them, interacting with them and making them smile as much as possible. Her compassion and friendliness are contagious and lives to make the most of every day with the warmth and happiness of her presence.
