We hired Erika when our full time nanny was away for 4 days. Erika was a natural with our girls (2 and 4)- clearly very comfortable interacting with kids! She was able to handle a full day’s routine from wake up to dinner/bath with minimal instruction, and kept them busy having fun all day with trips to the playground/library/market and playing in our home as well. She also took good care of our home, keeping things tidy and encouraging the kids to participate in the clean up. I would hire Erika again and our girls would love to see her again as well!
