Hi! I'm Erika, a caring and experienced childcare professional with 25 years of experience. I've worked as a Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, and Enrollment Specialist, and I'm a Certified Child Care Director with an Associate Degree. I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and develop in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. I also volunteer regularly with the Down Syndrome Association, which is very meaningful to me. I'm a proud mom of an 18-year-old daughter who is currently in college. I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they trust caring for their children. I love outdoor activities, board games, crafts, and creating fun learning experiences.
