Erien was absolutely excellent! She provided care for my 15-month-old daughter for two days and was very professional, proactive, caring, organised and responsive. She hit the ground running and really dilligently followed all my care instructions without needing to check in. She had a highly natural, bubbly and engaging manner with my daughter. She also brought a paint set with her which was great fun. She clearly thinks alot about how to craft appropriate developmental actvities and was very insightful in terms of picking up my daughter's grasp of new words and actions. Seperately, she did the laundry, vaccuming and lots of high-quality, nutritious meal prep. I was really impressed and would highly recommend her. I will absolutely be using her again.
