Erica goes above and beyond to accommodate individual family needs. She has supported all of us in our caregiving journey with our mom/grandma who has complex health issues. Erica does it all, brings Starbucks, attends doctors appointments and medical training sessions, gives updates to all the family, and provides competent hands on care. She is a dependable asset to our caregiving team and makes it possible to have mom's needs met at home.
