I have four years experience as a therapist at residential facility for individuals with mental challenges and severe emotional behavior problems. I was responsible for caring for their daily needs as far as hygiene, meals, clothing, sleeping, leisure activities, school activities, community outings, home transports (to and from), medical transports, and med passing. I am passionate about what I do because I am genuinely a care giver at heart. I have experienced many trials as a child and growing into an adult, so I love to treat people better than I was and the way I believe in my heart they should be cared for.

Erica has been a great asset to the household. We currently use her for periodic date nights and outings where we need coverage with our kids. She has great communication skills, even before she was hired. She's attentive and very open. She also has the sweetest daughter that we got a pleasure to meet. My kids have thus far enjoyed Erica and they look at her in a "Auntie" type way. She also made she if I needed her to feed them dinner I prepped she did so and cleaned up and also helped with any homework as needed.
