About Erica

Hello, my name is Erica and I am moving to the bay area to attend the Marriage and Family therapy program at the University of San Francisco. I have spent the last 10 years in Santa Barbara, and graduated from UCSB in 2021. I am new to the bay, but will have free time during the week as I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am looking to nanny for a family during the week, and have nannied before. I spent about 3 years with a family in Santa Barbara and then transitioned to working at an adult residential facility for people with mental illnesses. I have worked for the Mental Wellness Center in Santa barbara for the last 4 years. During my time there, I have worked with clients diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and have enjoyed my time there greatly. This led me to wanting to pursue my education further, and is why I am now studying to become an MFT. I love working with children and am looking forward to finding a family I fit in well with!
