About Erica

Hello I understand trusting your kids with someone new can be hard and I'm here to reassure you. I have 2 years experience volunteering as a teachers aid and I do not believe in disciplining children only positive reinforcement and redirection. I am patient, kind, and I will care for your kids as if they were my own. It's been a while since I have done at home babysitting but in high school and college I babysat multiple families as needed.
