About Erica

I have 15 years of experience. During the day I manage an in home elder care agency. My responsibilities are to make sure my clients have staff based off their needs and make sure my caregivers report to their shifts. Prior to being promoted I was a full time caregiver and still work in the field when necessary. I know many aspects of the industry and have great communication skills.
