About Erica

I absolutely love working with children and enjoy being someone they can feel safe, comfortable, and happy around. I helped raise all five of my younger sisters and brothers, giving me years of hands-on experience caring for children, managing routines, preparing meals, keeping them entertained, and making sure they are safe and well cared for. I also have experience working with children with autism and behavioral challenges, which has taught me patience, consistency, understanding, and how to meet each child's individual needs. I am friendly, responsible, organized, dependable, and CPR certified. I enjoy reading, crafts, games, outdoor activities, and helping with homework. I take safety and communication with parents seriously and treat every child with kindness, respect, and patience. My goal is for every child to feel valued, supported, and cared for.
