I've been a caregiver for 3 years now. I've worked with hospice, assisted living, dementia, home health, and medication management. Also have worked with feeding tubes, wound care, and assisting with all ADL'S such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Hands on experience in monitoring vital signs such as pulse, blood pressure, and temperature. Experience in light house keeping such as room tidies, laundry, and pet care. Proficient in assisting clients with walking and physical therapy as per instructions of physician. Well versed in grocery shopping and errand running. Proven ability to help clients take prescribed medication and remind them their schedule. I am passionate about this job because I think about how I would want my loved ones to be treated when they need help being cared for. Quality of life is always a number one priority and treating every client with respect and dignity.
