Erica was the primary caregiver for our youngest from age 1 to almost 2. She would also help out with our 9 year old who was doing zoom school. Both our kids adored her! Erica is THE most positive, upbeat person I interacted with during this tough pandemic year. She is so great with the kids even on their roughest days. To top, she is also an amazing mom with impressive parenting skills. Her daughter is such a joy. She is the most easygoing 2-year old I have ever met, she fit in seamlessly with both our kids and was a great playmate for both. Erica is trustworthy, patient, understanding, dependable, hardworking, and skilled. Any family would be really lucky to have Erica and her 2 year old daughter.
