About Erica

I'm a caretaker with a wealth of knowledge and experience in childcare, having worked as a babysitter for the past four years. I have 4 nieces, many young cousins, and family-friends' children that I've had the opportunity to care for, of all ages. My personality is well-suited to childcare. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and outgoing. I enjoy seeing children's creativity and am eager to encourage them as they play. When it comes to communicating with parents, I'm happy to follow your lead. I can provide verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, or any other method you prefer. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, and will follow your lead in this regard. I enjoy playing all kinds of games with children. We can play outdoors, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. Additionally, I am a senior Psychology major at UW-Eau Claire, and have previously worked as a certified nursing assistant while in high school.
