I have volunteered as a "Baby Cuddler" at a local facility and serve in the nursery at our church. I am looking to provide care to an infant in my home over the weekends for Mommy and Daddy date nights. I am unable to be vaccinated due to medical allergies. I can provide a physician letter in reference to this exclusion.
