About Erica

Experienced Nanny | Early Childhood Educator | Montessori Approach With over 33 years of experience in education and childcare, I bring knowledge, patience, creativity, and genuine dedication to every family I work with. I'm a trained educator with a background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Music/Piano and Montessori education, experienced in caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I believe childhood should be filled with discovery, meaningful connections, music, creativity, and opportunities to develop independence. My approach combines nurturing care, emotional awareness, age-appropriate activities, and respect for each child's individuality. I'm CPR certified, bilingual in Portuguese and English, and experienced in supporting children's routines, developmental milestones, and daily needs. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children feel valued, confident, and free to grow.
