About Erica

I'd describe my personality as cautious, fun and caring. I like working with kids because they are full of curiosity, wonder and engaging the formative years are so rewarding. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old, and as a young adult I was a nanny for a family for 2 years. In the last 6 months, I've regularly nannied for a new baby (starting when he was 2 months old) daily. In my spare time, I like to sing, volunteer in the community and spend time with my husband and 2 children (their ages are 8 and 12). I also used to own a residential and commercial cleaning company, so cleaning and interior decorating are also things I enjoy. One thing you should know about me is I will watch your child very closely, as safety is my second nature, and that I will care for your child as if they're my own. My skills include empathy, patience and kids tend to like and trust me quickly.
