About Erica

Hi, my name is Erica. I am a 23-year-old college graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing. I am currently enrolled in a real estate course, but caring for children has always been a meaningful and natural part of my life. I am extremely family-oriented and have over five years of hands-on experience caring for my nieces and nephews with the oldest being 5 and the youngest being 3 months old. I am very comfortable caring for multiple children at once. Working with children comes naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy being present, engaged, and interactive throughout the day rather than relying on screens. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and serving my community. My family operates a nonprofit organization in the city of Compton where we distribute groceries to thousands of families each week. I also cook homemade meals weekly for those in need. Giving back is my biggest passion.
