About Erica

I have 5 years of experience working with children of all ages. I try to maintain the routine familiar to the family. Treating each child as an individual is a major duty. I encourage and praise children whenever possible. Caring for children who have developmental disabilities, I know they have the same needs as other children. My feelings as I care for my client are important to me. Providing physical and emotional care and providing a safe general environment, in particular with feeding and ambulation is also a major duty in my job title as a home health aide/caregiver.
