Erica reached out to me to fulfill the job description. We set up a time and day, and she texted me at 5:30 that she was on her way to me. It is now 7:05 and she is not here. When I texted her to see if everything was okay, I received no answer. When I called her, it went directly to voicemail and her mailbox was full. I hope she doesn't actually get my money since I didn't receive any services. Very disappointed because she seemed nice - but my dog is going without a walk yet again. I stopped using care.com a while back because of disappointing results - this isn't helping your case at all.
