About Erica

I graduated from Indiana WU in April 2013 with a bachelors degree in YM. I have recently resigned from my position as the DCM at a church in Wilmington. I worked in the children's director role for 5 years and decided it was time for a change! I have over 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents. I also have experience caring for children on the spectrum and with children that just need a little extra patience and love. My goal is to work with families that need long term care because I believe that a nanny should be like a part of your family. I love watching children grow and encouraging them to achieve new milestones. It is one of my passions to care for and teach little ones!
