About Erica

Hello! I'm Erica, a military spouse, passionate educator, and coach with over 10 years of experience working with children ages 3 to 15. My journey in childcare began as a public school teacher and coach in Texas, where I've had the privilege of nurturing young minds and fostering their athletic abilities. In addition to my teaching roles, I have coached youth sports, taught swimming lessons, and worked at various youth summer camps, where I developed programs that encouraged participation and instilled a love for physical activity. My skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving enable me to create a nurturing and structured environment for children. I pride myself on my ability to build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring open lines of communication and collaboration.
