About Erica

For the past 20+ years, I've been working with kids and families so YOU can depend on me. I believe and take value in identifying individual strengths of the youth that I work with. In turn, this helps with them feeling empowered, supported, and seen! I also believe the outdoors as being essential for child development and for fulfilling intellectual curiosity. I would prefer to have activities outside and to enjoy better things in life than just playing video games or watching television. I enjoy cooking and I believe that getting kids involved in the kitchen is a great life skill. Getting involved in community activities is important as well and I would love to support your child through that. I can't wait to meet you and your family.
