About Erica

I'm someone parents can truly feel comfortable leaving their kids with. I'm calm, attentive, and very present with children, while still keeping things fun and engaging. I'm great with routines (especially bedtime), communication, and making sure kids feel safe and at ease. I have experience in daycares, schools, private homes, and as a paraprofessional working with special-needs children, which has taught me patience, flexibility, and how to adapt to each child's needs. I take safety seriously, communicate clearly, and treat every family's home with care and respect. My goal is always to make your time away stress-free, knowing your kids are happy, safe, and well cared for.
