About Erica

Hi! I am a college student from Brooklyn studying computer science and a part time behavior technician working with children with special needs. I have 5+ years of experience taking care of and working with children, both neurodivergent and Neurotypical. Before I became a behavior technician, I was a teachers assistant, and before that I was a full-time, overnight babysitter, taking care of two baby girls aged 2 months and 9 months! I think what makes doing what I do so great is the fact that I am young myself so my kiddos see me not only as an authority figure but also a friend. I have senior care experience and have had great relationships with everyone worked with because of how adaptive I am. I am both CPR and First Aid certified as well!
