About Erica

Hello! My name is Erica, and I am an experienced caregiver and educator with a strong background in child development. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Mental Health with a specialization in Human Services. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education (EdD) in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Psychology. I am also a mother of three children who attend private school full-time. For the past eight years, I have been a stay-at-home parent, closely supporting children's academic, emotional, and developmental growth. As I continue my doctoral studies, I am seeking a daytime childcare position. My approach to care is intentional and developmentally focused. I enjoy learning-based crafts, creative activities, and a nature-centered approach that encourages curiosity and exploration. I value consistency, clear communication, and creating a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported.
