Hi! My name is Erica, and I have over 2 years of professional experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have worked with children of different ages and personalities, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. l am patient, dependable, and caring, and I truly enjoy helping children learn and grow. Whether it's engaging in educational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, homework help, or maintaining routines, l strive to make every child feel comfortable and cared for. l understand the importance of reliability, communication, and treating every child with kindness and respect. My experience has taught me how to remain calm, attentive, and responsive to each child's unique needs. I am also CPR and CPI trained, giving me the skills to respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations while ensuring your child's safety and well being.
