Erica babysat my 6-year-old son from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the overall experience was very positive. She demonstrated excellent communication throughout the process. She confirmed the appointment with me the day before and followed up again early on the day of the booking. She also kept me informed of her arrival time once she was on her way, which I appreciated. Erica arrived on time, and after a quick walkthrough of the essentials, she settled in smoothly. My son was already playing with Lego when she arrived and continued playing comfortably, which showed he felt at ease with her. Afterward, he told me he would like to see Erica again, which is always the best feedback. I didn’t have strict requirements for structured activities, but I was pleased to hear that she still incorporated some workbook time during the visit. Overall, Erica was dependable, communicative, and interacted very well with my son. I would definitely hire her again in the future.
