About Eriana

I grew up helping care for my nieces and nephews, which sparked my interest in working with children. I later gained hands-on experience at the YMCA, where I supported a variety of programs including camp, daycare, and youth sports. I currently tutor and mentor students, further strengthening my ability to support their academic and personal growth. I enjoy working with children because it is rewarding to watch them build confidence as they learn new skills and express their individuality. I am passionate about working with kids because I strive to be a positive role model and provide the guidance and encouragement that I did not have growing up.
