About Erial

Hey! I am a 2022 graduate of The University of Alabama majoring in communications and minoring in psychology. Growing up my mom was a daycare director turned private nanny so my passion for kids started very early. At 15 I started babysitting and by the age of 17 I became a full time nanny since I was able to graduate high school early. I participated in a program called Big Brother Big Sister, where we mentored the youth on a one on one basis. When I got in college I continued that path with another program called Al's Pal's where we help unserved children academically. I became a teacher at a local preschool over a summer and it was one of the best jobs I had while in college. My goal with families are to make sure I can be a light in their day, which is one of the things I love about kids, and make things easier in any way I can while also ensuring the safety and happiness of the children. I recently just moved to California and looking to continue to be a help for anyone in need.
