I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a genuine love for working with children. I decided to become a nanny because I enjoy nurturing and educating young minds, and I find it incredibly fulfilling to see them thrive and grow under my care. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, kindness, and open communication. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and develop at their own pace. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I gently guide children towards understanding the reasons behind them and encourage positive behavior. I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. I hold a high school degree with coursework in early child development, and I've completed training in First Aid and CPR.
