About Emmy

I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring, and adaptable I like working with kids because it is fun and children have so much energy and creativity in them. I enjoy how curious they are and how everyday can be different. I'm looking for a job that involves a safe environment, where the parents to feel comfortable leaving their children with me and the children can enjoy having me around! I started working with kids when I was 14, I coached a swim team for younger children then went on to watch toddlers my family knew when parents needed help over the years. I taught kids how to swim at a swim school and lifeguarded many kids. In my spare time I love to write, read, and travel. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family and going to the gym! I love being outside and playing with the kids, I think it is more fun for both of us! My skills include being responsible and patient with them and creating a fun and engaging environment so that they have a good time.
