About Emmy

Hi! I'm Emmy, a fun, creative, and patient childcare provider who loves creating meaningful days through crafts, games, outdoor adventures, and play. My experience began with babysitting throughout high school and college before I transitioned into professional education. I've worked with children from pre-K through middle school and have a background in early childhood development. I also have extensive experience working with children with special needs, including non-verbal children who use AAC devices. My strengths include positive behavior management, clear communication, patience, and adapting activities to each child's needs. I'm happy to care for up to two children ages 12 and under, help with homework or tutoring, and assist with family pets. Outside of work, I enjoy art, playing guitar and piano, musicals, and spending time outdoors with my pets. I'd love to bring my energy, creativity, and care to your family!
