About Emmy

Hi! I am an energetic and creative college student who has been working with children ages 6 mo-16 years old over the past five years. I used to live in California where I babysat for multiple families and nannied for one. I also had the opportunity to work as a tutor at a children's charity. In addition to that, I was an Event Planner at a children's recreation and athletic center for a year. I moved to Washington for school, where I am studying to major in sociology and anthropology. Since moving, I have worked at a childcare center as a Youth Development Professional, working directly with kids of all different backgrounds on a daily basis. I am intuitive, patient and adventurous by nature, and one of my passions is sharing that curiosity with others.
