About Emmerson

I'd describe my personality as creative, outgoing, and sunny! I like working with kids because of their active imaginations and excitement in exploring the world! I'm looking for a job that is only on the weekends and allows me to spend time nurturing creativity in a nature and activity focused household (low screen time). I started working with kids when I was a teenager! I worked as a theatre camp counselor for 4+ years and then as an adult at an overnight summer camp for 3 years. I was a village director and counselor. In my spare time, I like to read, watch films, take photos, and write. One thing you should know about me is I love working with kids and value kind and caring relationships. My skills include diaper changing, making meals and snacks, reading books, facilitating outdoor and indoor play, arts and crafts.
