Hi my name is Emma! I'm 22 years old, a nursing aid, CPR/First aid certified, and currently in school to earn my BSN (Nursing) degree. I'm considering either NICU, or pediatrics. I've always loved kids and find connecting with them easy. From elementary-high school I babysat many family-friends children ranging from ages 1-4. I have a niece and nephew (3&6) who I also consistently watch. Before switching my major to nursing, I had always planned to become a kindergarten teacher, so while in high school, I took a class that allowed me to be an intern and student teach at two elementary schools. I interned in a 1st grade class room during my junior year of highschool, and then a kindergarten class room for my senior year. I love kids, so babysitting seems like a great job to have while in nursing school!
